This event is a first for Yeppoon and proud to be hosted at Yeppoon Day & Night Pharmacy. It will be a place where those who come to the Pharmacy can gather information about and discuss decisions to be made at the end of our lives, as well as make aware what support options are in place already within the CQ region.
